Our Treks and Missions will let you explore the beauty of Israel. With our Treks and Missions, we know you’ll be on track for a trip of a lifetime.
This is your chance to be part of something bigger. Join the mission. Make a difference. In the mornings you’ll be undertaking various volunteering opportunities, after which you’ll experience various elements of Israeli and MDA life.
This is your chance to jump on a plane and join MDA teams saving lives on the back of an ambulance. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience a different side of Israeli society that you may not see on holiday – spending time with MDA teams around the country and hearing their stories.
Please register your interest to be notified about any upcoming international treks and challenges we are hosting.
Help raise money so we can continue being a life-saving shield for all citizens of Israel.
From a Portable Bomb Shelter to funding blood services in the Marcus National Blood Services Centre and providing medics with bulletproof equipment, every single person who undertook a challenge in aid of Magen David Adom UK in 2024 can say that they truly helped to save more lives on the frontlines in Israel.

There are many other sports challenges hosted locally, nationally, and even internationally throughout the year. However big or small, if you are taking part in one of these or are planning a personal challenge, we’d love for you to raise money for MDA UK. Please email Kezia on keziafreeman@mdauk.org today and we can help you to meet your target!
The trip is subsidised for those aged 18 to 50 by Birthright. However, if you require a further bursary, these will be granted on a means basis on the discretion of MDA UK.

You are able to book your own flights for this trip, but must make sure you are in Israel and at the hotel for the orientation activity at 6pm on Sunday 11th January, and are with the group until the end of the final activity on the afternoon of the 18th January.
If you opt to book your own flights, your cost payable to birthright is US$150 rather than US$300.
Birthright will also allow you to change your return flight for no fee, but you pay the difference in cost.
